Service is fast here. Lesser crowd too. One thing I notice after dining here for 3 times, the seats and table are not cleaned that thoroughly. Feels sticky. Small matter. Staff here are nice and hardworking. Always seem to be busy with task at hand. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20

I visited this restaurant for a weekend lunch. Arriving early at 11:30 AM, the dining area was mostly empty, meaning a prior reservation was not required. However, the venue quickly filled up, with all seats occupied just past 12:00 PM. During the meal, it became apparent that the establishment was operating with a limited number of personnel. This staff shortage resulted in noticeable service delays. Specifically, some of our ordered dishes did not arrive at the table, and it was quite difficult to flag down a staff member to address the missing items. While reducing staff levels might be an operational decision, it has visibly impacted the efficiency and standard of service provided to guests. Furthermore, a significant number of menu items were already sold out when we attempted to order. Due to the combination of unavailable menu choices, delayed service, and incomplete orders, the overall dining experience resulted in a low level of satisfaction. Quite surprised to see many people waiting in queue for the sushiro here, perhaps because the place is accessible to the mrt through J-walk. Standard sushiro fare and service which meets expectations. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
