I had a very disappointing experience at Sushiro Wisma Atria. There was no guidance at all when my queue number was called—I had no idea how to locate or get to my seat, and no staff assisted. Despite paying service charge, there was essentially no service provided. When I ordered a drink, the staff simply handed me an empty cup without any explanation, which was confusing and unprofessional. On top of that, I was not informed that I needed to check out on the iPad before proceeding to the cashier, which resulted in me having to queue all over again. Overall, the experience was frustrating, disorganized, and far below expectations. Combined with the poor food quality, this visit was extremely disappointing. Definitely not worth the service charge. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $30–40
