鮨金さんのお鮨が食べたくでわざわざ札幌へ行きます。30年ぐらい通ってます。数年前にリニューアルされて7席のカウンターになりました。そしてビルの東側から入れなくなりました。ちょっと不便 2025.11 今日はおひとり様3人のカウンター。ひとりで喋ってました。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Poor experience with Susukino Sushikin and Tableall, I made the reservation through tableall and pre-pay the full amount. But on that day there is a heavy snow in East Hokkaido, all the flights, JR trains and bus have been cancelled. As all the transportations stop, I cannot come to the restaurant, but Susukino Sushikin and Tableall only cancel my reservation and refuse the refund. I am not a Japanese people, but this special occasion happens in Japan, in your country. And all the people in East Hokkaido are affected, not just me or any food lover. I can't imagine that any restaurant and app like these two could show no care and respect to other people but only care about themselves. So mean and selfish. If like someone does rent a car and rush back to Sapporo for the restaurant and accident happens to him/her, would Susukino Sushikin and Tableall cover the medical fee for them? I seriously doubt that, and I would give lowest ranking for this restaurant. They never thought about people, but only their cancellation policy, seriously be careful. すすきの鮨金とテーブルオールでの経験は最悪でした。テーブルオールで予約し、全額前払いしました。しかし、その日、道東は大雪で、すべての飛行機、JR電車、バスがキャンセルになりました。すべての交通機関が止まったため、レストランに行くことができませんでしたが、すすきの鮨金とテーブルオールは私の予約をキャンセルし、返金を拒否しました。私は日本人ではありませんが、この特別な機会は日本、あなたの国で起こります。そして、私や食べ物を愛する人々だけでなく、道東のすべての人々が影響を受けています。これらの2つのレストランやアプリが、他の人への配慮や敬意を示さず、自分のことだけを気にするとは想像できません。とても意地悪で利己的です。もし誰かがレンタカーを借りてレストランに行くために札幌に急いで戻り、事故が起こった場合、すすきの鮨金とテーブルオールはその人の医療費を負担するでしょうか？私はそれを真剣に疑っており、このレストランに最低の評価を与えます。彼らは人のことを一度も考えず、キャンセルポリシーだけを考えていました。本当に注意してください。.
