this cafe is located in an industrial area — not too hard to find, but slightly out of the way. I honestly didn’t expect much since I’ve been disappointed by too many overhyped spots before. but this place proved me wrong. the interior and overall ambience were great, and the coffee really delivered. the team was attentive too. they did serve us the wrong order initially, but they quickly acknowledged it and fixed it when we brought it back — which I really appreciated. appreciated the serenity of the space and how roomy it felt. it’s a great spot to wind down and enjoy some seriously good coffee. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This place is a hidden gem in the absolute west of Singapore. Getting there is the toughest part. We had to walk a long way as public transportation options are very limited. And the location is kinda Ulu because it’s in the middle of an industrial park. But after you get there you are welcomed to beautiful Japanese aesthetic. And the Gourmet coffee is just amazing. If you want you can buy your coffee and equipment to make your own set up of specialty coffee at home. And the service was great too. Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tucked away in an industrial area, Suzuki Café and Roastery is a hidden gem for coffee lovers. The moment you step in, you’re transported to a serene, Japanese-inspired space – clean lines, wood tones, and quiet elegance. It’s minimalist, calming, and thoughtfully designed for slow coffee enjoyment. Tried their Yugen White and chocolate brownie – the coffee was smooth, well-balanced, and clearly roasted with care. The brownie was dense and rich, great if you like a deep cocoa hit. Pastry options are limited but decent (rolls, muffins). Not your usual café – it’s more of a specialty coffee roastery with a meditative vibe. Great for quiet catch-ups or solo coffee sessions.
