I visited Swaadhisht recently and overall, the food was excellent. The flavors were authentic, and dishes like the Egg Masala and Dum Biryani really stood out. However, I was a bit disappointed with the Parotta and Chappati, as they tasted more like ready-made rather than freshly prepared. Looking at the bill, I noticed that a service charge was added. Honestly, I’m not sure what the service charge was for. Being new to Singapore and visiting as a tourist, I’m also not entirely sure whether the total bill amount is reasonable compared to local standards. I’ll leave it to others who are more familiar to decide. That said, if you’re after tasty South Indian food, this place does deliver on flavor. Just keep in mind the service charge and decide for yourself if the pricing feels right. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Thanks for your excellent write up.It really help us to know different view point.thank you for your generous rating.most of the restaurant have service charge and GST.GST is 9% standard.but we only have service charge.
