I had a disappointing experience at this store. I ordered a waffle and saw that credit and debit card payments were not accepted. However, when the staff (aunty) keyed my order into the system and proceeded to collect payment, the payment terminal prompted me to tap my card. Since the QR code option was displayed very small on the screen and the staff did not indicate that I needed to select it myself, I naturally tapped my card. After that, the staff responded with a dismissive "tsk" and said, "Already said no credit card." I apologized for the misunderstanding, but she continued to give me an unpleasant attitude. What upset me most was that while I was waiting outside for my waffle, I could hear her talking negatively about me to another younger staff member regarding the incident. I hope the management can provide better staff training on customer service and professionalism. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10 Service: 1
