Not sure if it only applies to this outlet Any bread that contain egg or wet will usually spoilt at night and guarantee the next day. Their pricing arrangement is a mess, when making payment at the counter, they will tell you no promotion and I have experienced it not once or twice and we have decided to ban this store for sure. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Their hotdog bun box is always covered with tape around the box which makes it very difficult to open and requires scissors. Please change on that.

I had not one but 2 bad experiences when I bought the sunflower seeds with cranberries buns at Rivervale Mall between 10:30am-11am yesterday: 1. While choosing the buns with the most number of cranberries, one of the Chinese staff stared at me rudely with a black face, obviously unhappy that I compared the packaging. It’s not as if I was making a big mess at the display. I felt very uncomfortable with her staring. After I picked up the pack I wanted, she quickly rearrange the buns pack which wasn’t messy at all and then went on to take several photos of the buns at the display. What’s up with that? 2. Today I ate one of the buns for breakfast. I was expecting soft with a bit of milky taste and slightly sweetness in it. Turned out to be tasteless and VERY DRY. Even spreading butter or cream cheese failed to improve the taste. I felt so disappointed. Swee Heng buns quality are not longer as nice as when they first launched and this is not the first time I ate poor quality bread and buns. Needless to say these 2 very bad experiences would mean I will no longer step into Swee Heng bakery. I think food places including bakeries who started out with excellent quality products and then deteriorated in their quality and food taste over time should have their licenses suspended until they get back their food quality!!!
