Very poor customer service. I was there at around 9.10am on 27th May 2026. There were 2 staff members within one meter of the cashier counter. I called “hello” 3 to 4 times. Both pretended to be busy. I left my money on the counter and walked away with my bread. That’s when one of them called out to me. So they were obviously aware that I was at the counter trying to make payment but chose to ignore the customer. I told them the money is on the counter and left. Plenty of bakery in the neighbourhood. No need to go there. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very dirty. And also staff very poorly trained. Provided Passion Card but no Passion Card discount. Asked but was told nevermind rudely. The Christmas Log Cake also overpriced despite a 20% discount tag - the ingredients are low quality and the entire cake experience is very bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This bakery store is full of flies flying around. Told and enquired with the staff who ignored my feedback and walked away. Call their HQ to inform. As a bakery, health safety and cleanliness is top priority!! Price per person: SGD 100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
