This morning, I visited the Swee Heng Poiz outlet. I bought a loaf of white bread priced at $2.90 and made payment using PayWave. While the transaction showed as successful on my mobile phone, it did not reflect on the POS system, and I was called back by the staff. I suggested that the cashier (a Chinese lady) take a screenshot of the successful transaction on my phone, which included the date and timestamp. At that point, another staff member (an Indian lady) commented, “Then we need to pay for her bread?” This remark was uncalled for. I then asked for an office number or someone I could contact to escalate the issue, as the staff were unable to make a decision on the spot. The same staff member implied that she needed to be careful because there are a lot of scammers. I found this comment offensive. Eventually, I was given the outlet manager’s mobile number, but no one picked up despite multiple attempts. I then called the HQ operator, who took about three minutes to verify the outlet I was at (I am unsure why this was necessary) before addressing my query. However, she was unable to understand the situation clearly or provide a solution. With growing frustration and being pressed for time, I left without the bread that I had already paid for. I hope this issue can be looked into, particularly in terms of providing the necessary training for both retail and HQ staff to better handle such disputes professionally and efficiently. Service: 1

The staff name Yulianti really has some attitude! She was being so rude and shouting unnecessarily to me as customers. Not to mention the waffle that she made is the worst amongst all. Best not to buy if she's serving! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Swee Heng Bakery here has a full range of bread to suit all ages. Their bread are fresh and soft. My grandchildren likes to eat their bread and cakes. Staff are well trained and knowledgeable. My grandson likes their crushless wholemeal bread. He will toasted it and eat them with butter. My son loves their pandan cake rolls...even it is equally nice and soft even you eat them the next day...
