豆花に蒟蒻トッピング好きなのはピーナッツだけど日本じゃ蒟蒻スイーツみないし蒟蒻メニュー豊富なのでチャレンジ。朝ご飯の豆漿で火傷したので冷え冷えなのを。豆乳続けだけど気にしない。日曜朝の10:30来店で店内ガラッガラ。もう一組くらいしかいなくてほぼ貸し切り。ちょこちょこ持ち帰りで地元の人が来るけど観光客は東門市場がまだ空いてないから誰もいない。お店は新しくて綺麗。豆花は普通。優しい甘さ。火傷した舌をそっと癒すのにぴったり。笑蒟蒻は味はない。食感は蒟蒻なんだけど透明でしっかりした愛玉ゼリー的な見た目。寒天かナタデココみたいな感じ。角切りでたっぷり載せてある。湯圓がiceもあれば食べたかった…

豆花のお店。トッピングは、蒟蒻・緑豆・小豆・杏仁・花生から1つ選べて55元でした。定番の花生にしましたが、甘すぎおいしかったです。店内もとてもきれいでした。店員さんも親切丁寧で、メニューには日本語も書いてあったので観光客でも入りやすいお店です。
