The best bar on Soi 13/1 . The staff are all friendly and inviting . The food is fantastic . The atmosphere is great and they show live NFL games . They do the best Bloody Mary in Pattaya also . Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
