I came here with my girlfriend to eat something sweet after dinner. Cleanliness and Service - When I sat down, the table wasn't cleaned enough, the staff showed no smile at all, and dropped the menu on the table and left. The menu became sticky. I saw the way they didn't care about the customers at all makes me question about the service for such a big brand. By the time my girlfriend came to me from the toilet until we finished eating icecream, a cherry was on the ground and no staff members seemed to care about the cleanliness of the floor and the tables. When we were trying to order the ice cream, the staff member seemed impatient and folded arms. After a few moments that staff delivered 2 glasses of water to our table, and 1 is cracked from the tip of the glass to the middle. Do you want to let the customer drink with a cracked glass? After my girlfriend asked to change the glass, it took a long time just to drink water before eating ice cream. By the way, the cashier also seemed impatient. I understand that working in the service industry is so exhausting, but let me say that I am also working in service. At least, smile and greet the customers, they come here to enjoy their moments with some sweetness of the icecream. The overall experience wasn't really good. The other branch from Esplanade "Nonthaburi Civic Center" is a lot better in terms of service and quality. Thank you. I would never come and eat at this branch.

Absolutely terrible service! The staff were completely inattentive and didn't seem to care about the customers at all. To make matters worse, we had to walk up and place our own order it felt like we were doing their job for them. Definitely not a place I'd recommend if you're looking for any kind of decent service
