The ice cream is good but the service is the worst I ever had in a swensen's. We get in and the employees were laughing between each other, when they saw us they get bored instantly. We were served at the table and the girl doesn't care about our order, she even didn't reply us, just left the table. Meanwhile we were sitting, they kept playing between each other, the manager took off a phone from the fridge that another employee previously put in there. Another customer got in, the girl went to him, boring face, menu on the table, and didn't even care to smile a minimum. Will not come here anymore, places like this destroy the company image.
