I order delivery frequently, but why do they never give me a spoon even when I ask for one?

Me and my Thai wife bought a cake for 900 bath, from this shop. The staff in the shop had the cake in a cooler with a glass door, and everything looked fine. Got it packed, and went directly home, and put it in the refrigerator,as it was in the shop. The staff never informed us that it had to be stored in the freezer, they said in the ( to yen.thai language for refrigerator, not freezer.the day after,at my granddaughter birthday,we packed it out and it fell apart immediately. The shop sells dessert dishes, and I actually thought this was a regular cake, not ice cream! Because it was stored in something looked like a cooler! Bad service to not inform the customer about this!! Shop not recommended, because of lack of service information, and low level English speaking staff!

Great and wide variety of desserts and ice cream. Staff greeted you. They serve you ice water. Awesome break especially on a hot day. Suitable for all gender and group sizes. Staff is very friendly and nice. Thank you!
