Swensen is one of the most famous and popular ice cream stores in Thailand. While their products and service at most locations are perfect, but i was really disappointed with the service at this location. The staff were incredibly rude and making mad faces, which made for a very uncomfortable environment. It felt as though they were looking down? or questioning if we could even afford to be there. I’m not sure if the team undergoes any customer service training, but their hostile attitude completely ruined the experience. I left in a terrible mood and won’t be coming back.
