We were not greeted upon arrival, and no water was provided at all—they only brought it over when we were about to settle the bill. What’s more, the staff was clearly displeased that we didn’t have a membership card. The staff was extremely rude, unfriendly and even harsh when we settled the bill. I originally planned to give four stars, but now it’s a one-star rating for sure.
