Disappointed with the service. It took about 20 minutes to receive my dessert, with no update about the delay. There were no menu recommendations or promotions, and the staff seemed unwilling to serve customers compared to other branches.

I hope the management can take this as constructive feedback and use it to improve the overall experience. The ice cream took quite a long time and came incorrectly, the tables were not clean and had an unpleasant smell, and the service felt quite inattentive despite having plenty of staff. We also overheard staff talking about customers, which felt uncomfortable and could be handled more professionally. I believe the team could benefit from reviewing the SOP and strengthening service training. Hopefully, the management can take these points seriously and improve the overall experience in the future.
