My family had dinner on a Saturday night around 7 p.m. I ordered Bbq baby back ribs for myself. When the food was served after about 20 minutes, I instantly noticed a strand of hair on the fries. We called on one staff and showed her what we saw, her first reaction was "oh there's hair" and then walked away, apparently called another staff to come get the food back and replaced it after a few minutes. That should have settled it, but then none of these staffs who approached us have apologized. It made the impression that maybe this is normal for them, that they see hair on the food all the time, or that they are not used to saying sorry. Food: 1 Service: 1
