Have been here with friends and family before where the food and service was acceptable- nothing to sing and dance about. Recent visit again with family shows the place has slipped in both food and service. The food was on the whole bland and lacked taste for most of us, also just warm not exactly hot. The dark chocolate ice had absolutely no taste and clearly had defrosted and been refrozen as it was very ‘gritty’ from ice crystals The service considering not many diners was not exactly fast. It seems that the restaurant has gone from average to disappointing. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

This place has changed name, so we had trouble finding it at first. But the sloth name is appopriate, because the service is really slow. Place is popular but very understaffed. So be prepared to wait when eating here.
