Had a good breakfast here. I can't speak to others experience of the waffles, but the Set 3 with pancakes was great! The blueberry sauce wasn't too sweet and the whipped cream cheese topping was really delicious. The croissants were crispy and tasty. My kids also really enjoyed the food. The woman working there was kind and food was made quickly. I'd definitely return. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: ฿1–200

Leaving this review because I see potential, but there is room for improvement. A few things were disappointing: Service issues: The staff wasn't aware of the 'out of stock' items (mango-passion fruit for waffles). Waffle quality: The waffles were undercooked and soggy. Also, there are no photos of them in the indoor menu. Coffee & Tea: The coffee roast is too dark. It would be great to have a medium roast option. Also, simple hot black tea is missing from the menu. Serving: Adding a scoop of ice cream to the waffles would make a big difference. It feels a bit overpriced for the current quality, which explains why it’s not very crowded. The Bakery has very gradually become my favorite breakfast place in the Nong Kae area. I have probably eaten breakfast there 6 or 7 times in the last three weeks. The Set A comes with a couple of fried eggs, a large chicken sausage, a salad, and a slice of toasted homemade bread. I substitute Thai tea for the coffee and end up paying 209 baht. The owner is really kind and always has a smile on her face. The German pretzels are very good and their other baked goods look great though I haven’t tried them. Outdoor seating only here, but it is a nice place to sit in the shade in the morning with a fan on and watch the world go by.
