Spoke to Herry the co-founder, their ideas about cocktails for me is like reading a novel of Narnia, the flavor and the philosophy bring you to another world of fantasy, and LAYERS dimension of flavor, I ordered 3 signature cocktails, the Mademoiselle, The Optimist, The Modern Hippie, Definitely will come back here everytime in Hongkong.
