On my latest visit to Nakhon Ratchasima, I made it a point to dine at **THE SEAYA bar&bistro**. I had seen so many glowing reviews online, especially for their signature "Shanghai Crab Roe Noodles," that my expectations were sky-high. I arrived with that one specific dish in mind, but unfortunately, luck wasn't on my side—the crab roe noodles were already sold out for the day. Despite that small sting of disappointment, the rest of the meal turned out to be absolutely fantastic. We pivoted to other menu items, ordering the Duck Breast Nam Tok, Australian Sirloin Steak, Garlic Butter Scallops, Stir-fried Green Beans with Minced Pork, and a Caesar Salad. I can honestly say I wasn't disappointed by a single choice. The ingredients were noticeably fresh, and every dish was seasoned and cooked with a level of precision that felt perfectly balanced. The flavors were spot on, proving that their reputation for quality is well-deserved. The atmosphere is another major draw. The restaurant has a wonderful vibe —it’s spacious, breezy, and comfortable, making it a perfect fit for any occasion, from a family dinner to a night out with friends. They offer live music, and with the doors closing around 11:00 PM, it is an ideal location to unwind and chill in Korat. While the staff were friendly and attentive, our table was tucked away in the far corner, which made it a bit tricky to catch their attention at times. However, this didn't take away from the overall experience. Highly recommendedfor anyone visiting Korat—just try to get there early if you want to catch those famous noodles!
