The staff were friendly, but it’s tired sometimes due to my room located at 5th floor. In general everything was good. Better check with the staff of your room , suggest book from 4th or less thần 3rd floors room. Service: 4

I'll just say that I was terribly disappointed with the place, the staff was impatient and unprofessional. There is no elevator so ask not to be on a high floor, I was on the 5th floor and I had a lot of equipment so it was a bit challenging. I don't recommend the place, I usually give good reviews and I have a reviews page on Google but the truth is that this time I was really not happy with the choice. I didn't come. Service: 1

I booked and paid for my stay in advance. Upon arrival, 1 was refused check-in because of a cash deposit that was never clearly stated during booking. The staff was unhelpful, rude, and insisted on cash, despite their policy not being transparently shown on Booking.com. I was left stranded and had to escalate the issue to Booking.com, who confirmed that the hotel was at fault. Absolute lack of hospitality and transparency - avoid this place if you want a stress-free trip. Scammers and liars. Service: 1
