The standard of Toh Lim has dropped and the quality of the food is no longer as good as before .The ambience is great with good view from high floor.Used to frequent the restaurant for our normal weekend meals but has not visited them for a while . We went again with friends this time and was disappointed with the quality.Will not consider patronizing again .
