One of the starters was a beef dish accompanied by among others wasabi. The beef melted on your tongue. Another starter was Iberico ham, which was also delicious, as were the oysters in a creamy cheese sauce. We further ordered two spaghetti dishes not knowing how big the portions would be; they were more than enough and delicious.
On previous occasions, we ate several beef dishes which all were of exceptional quality.
Furthermore, the chef has trained her staff well since they are attentive and friendly. The way they serve wine e.g. shows their training.
Conclusion: an exceptionally good restaurant with the capacity to obtain a Michelin star which we are very happy to have in Mahasarakham (and hope will stay here).
