大門・浜松町TOMTOKYOにご来店、高評価、コメントありがとうございます。お店をオープンする時はコロナも終息しておらず地下でもあったので状況は全く良くありませんでしたが、地域のビジネスランチの需要を鑑みながら営業を開始しました。狭い通路の地下に初めて降りる勇気をいつも感じながら、少しずつランチの常連様が増えていることに感謝しています。お昼は11時50分ほどから急に混み合います。また記載の通り常連様を中心に13時頃に混んで来ますが他は全然混んで来ないというのが私の印象です。色々な理由でピーク中のドルチェやセットドリンクはやめましたが落ち着いたタイミングでお尋ねいただければランチも対応することがあります。また昼も夜も気楽にいらして下さい。コメント本当にありがとうございます。Thank you for visiting TOMTOKYO in Daimon/Hamamatsucho, and for your high ratings and comments. When we opened, the pandemic was still raging and our location was in the basement, so conditions were far from ideal. However, I decided to open our doors, taking into account the local demand for business lunches. I’m always grateful to see our lunch regulars growing little by little, especially considering the courage it takes to venture down those narrow basement corridors for the first time. It gets suddenly crowded around 11:50 a.m. Also, as mentioned, my impression is that it gets busy around 1:00 p.m., mainly with regulars, but it’s not crowded at all at other times. For various reasons, we’ve stopped offering desserts and set drinks during peak hours, but if you ask during a quieter time, we may be able to accommodate you for lunch. 大門・浜松町TOMTOKYOにご来店、評価、写真掲載等ありがとうございます。ランチの営業については、値段や時間、味の力強さを意識しています。一方で常連様を意識して、食堂の定食をイメージして特別ランチを設定しています。これ食べたい、もさることながら何が出るかわからない、少年時代の給食や夕飯をイメージしながら。ランチはどうしても忙しくて、それでも午後に向けてより多くの方にエネルギーを蓄えていただきたく、まともなサービスができていないことを感じていますが、折角わざわざ来ていただいたお客様になんとか席をご用意したいと言う思いが入り混じっています。そんな中、ありがとうまた来ますと言って貰えたり、夜のメニューを訪ねられたりすると、本当にありがたい気持ちになり、やっとここから始まります。地下の入りにくい店にわざわざ脚を運んで頂けたこと、本当に感謝致します。今後とも宜しくお願い致します。
