Tori Q staff is one of the nicest and friendliest i've met, fast service even on long queue hours. Left my keys here once but the staff kept it safe for me, Food definitely no doubt. 100% Recommended!! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Tori-q Jem. The service quality did not meet expectations, and I also noticed that the dustbin was not cleared. When the food I had just purchased accidentally fell on the floor, I asked the staff for assistance in disposing of it. Unfortunately, I was told to handle it myself. I found this response unprofessional and lacking in basic customer care. I hope management will take this feedback seriously to improve service standards and overall customer experience.
