I had a very unpleasant service experience with a staff member named Simon. This is not the first time I’ve encountered poor attitude from him. The way he spoke, his manner of serving, and even rolling his eyes felt disrespectful and unprofessional. What made it worse was that as I was walking off, another male colleague continued staring, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the staff’s attitude seriously affected what should have been a normal visit. I hope management takes service standards and staff professionalism more seriously. Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I go to Singapore, definitely have to eat Tori-Q at least once. Indeed, in Indonesia there are many similar satays that resemble Tori-Q, but none are as delicious as this. Favorites are definitely chicken balls, pork & chicken skin, or at least order the Tori-Q bento package for $7. Delicious & satisfied. It seems like there are more than 10 Tori-q locations in Singapore, my favorite is usually at Ion & Bugis, not all Tori-Qs have seating for eating, so you should do a survey on Google Maps.
