Allow me to share my experience with your Management/owners. I fully understand that your outlet is looking for "HIRING" but l failed to understand your crew, on that morning they were NOT DOING n PERFORMING THEIR PROPER WORK ETHICS, INTERACT, EYE CONTACT WITH THE CUSTOMERS ON MY CHOICES ORDER, N SIMPLY ADDED IN ANOTHER PICK WITHOUT MY CONSENT, APPROVAL or EXPLANATION. I came to learn that l was billed $9.10 instead of Bento A set of $8.90. When l asked to clarify the difference, he, the male cashier said that the chicken rolls were not ready n l needed to wait for 3 minutes by another of your outlet crew. I told both at least they notified me on the waiting items as shown on Bento A n dont simply add in without without my choices n consent.I was surprised to note, your 4 crew can communicate amongst themselves PRIVATELY IN PETTY TALKS but THEY HAD NO TIMES TO BRIEF THE DINERS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ITEMS n SIMPLY ASSUMING TO ADD IN OTHER ITEMS WITHOUT "E V E N" SEEKING MY CONSENTED, AGREEDED n FOLLOWED UP WITH THE PRICES DIFFERENCE FOR WHAT REASONS n INTENTION. YOUR Bento A price is stated n sticker on $8.90 on the mounted wall for viewing. I believed TORI Q HAD THE SOP, WORK ETHICS, INTERACT, RESPONSIBILITY, CARING n CONCERNS IN YOUR MISSION, BUT WHY WAS IT NOT PROPERLY ADHERENCE. A REALLY SCREW UP SERVICE n COMMUNICATIONS. HONESTLY TO Management, l regularly takeaways your other outlets like Plaza Singapura, Nex, Compass One's n Bugis junction n I find the services crews, friendly, repeating the orders for proper, greeting BUT NOT ON THAT DAY AT WATERWAY POINT. I was at your Waterway Point on 20 June 2026,, time 11.48 RCT 157895. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10
