I had the fish head curry here, and it was absolutely delicious! The curry was rich, creamy, and full of flavor with just the right level of spice. The fish head was fresh, tender, and cooked perfectly. The vegetables soaked up the curry beautifully, making every bite enjoyable. The portion was generous, and the service was friendly and attentive. If you’re a fan of fish head curry, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My visit to TOTO Seafood was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were so friendly and attentive. ‍ The atmosphere was quite pleasant, making for a great dining experience. I'd definitely recommend it!

We came here for our Mother’s Day dinner and had a wonderful experience. There was an excellent promotion on the crab dishes — 1-for-1 at $88 for either the chilli crab or black pepper crab — and both were absolutely delicious. Every dish we ordered was flavourful and well prepared. The KL signature vegetables, featuring kailan and broccoli with seafood, were especially memorable and packed with flavour. The “KFG” fried garlic chicken was crispy, aromatic, and very satisfying. We also enjoyed the curry fish, which came with a rich, thick, and fragrant gravy that paired perfectly with the dish. The satay was another highlight, tender, smoky, and served piping hot with a tasty peanut gravy that complemented the skewers beautifully. What made the dining experience even better was the warm hospitality from the owners, who previously ran DC Café at MBS. They remain incredibly friendly, attentive, and customer-oriented, making guests feel truly welcomed. We also appreciated the free parking, which made the visit even more convenient. Another huge plus was that the restaurant is pet-friendly, so we were able to bring our dog along and enjoy the evening together as a family. To top it all off, they even treated us to complimentary dessert at the end of the meal, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience with delicious food, generous portions, excellent service, and a very welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back again.
