笑っちゃう程の急な坂を乗り越えなければたどり着けませんが、到着した時の達成感は凄いです。 カフェラテも焼き菓子も美味しいのでオススメです！ カフェラテ1つ5000 ₩ マドレーヌ1つ2800 ₩. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₩1–10,000

I stopped at Cafe TRVR on my way trekking up a hill in Itaewon. I’m definitely glad I did. The cafe is unassuming, unpretentious, and quaint, but they serve some legit coffee and really nice, made-to-order breakfast pastries (and granola!). I ordered a flat white and the granola with chocolate chips. The barista was very nice, and she mentioned it would take about 10 minutes to make the granola (which was fine — I had nowhere to be!). I took a seat on a couch and noticed the cool wall of customer photos behind me, a nice and welcoming communal touch. The flat white was very well balanced, with a fluffy milk foam and a deep, rich espresso with nice undertones. The granola came out warm, heart, and chocolaty. It was a nice kickstart to the rest of my climb toward and around the North Seoul mountain. TRVR is a cozy, down-to-earth cafe serving up great espresso drinks and to-order small breakfast items. Cool baristas and a minimalist-yet-unpretentious interior. Definitely worth checking out when in Itaewon. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
