I just happen to enter this place and check the facility. It is the typical Tsutaya set-up with Starbucks, konbini and items for sale. This is in front of Nara Prefectural Convention Center.

This book store is unique and authentic. It sells many genres. But books are mostly in Japanese language. It also sells stationary, gems, and fashikn from Nara perfecture. Inside, there's Starbucks and Family Mart.
