We are staying at Sentido Khao Lak for the fourth time and would like to thank TU, the parking attendant, for making every stay so special. TU is always friendly, polite, helpful, and approachable. He goes above and beyond for guests and makes everyone feel genuinely welcome. Even small gestures, like cooling down the seat of our scooter on hot days, show how much he cares. He gives us a feeling of being at home, and he is one of the reasons we keep coming back. TU is a true asset to the hotel and a wonderful person. Thank you, TU! C&T Service: 5

Wow, this was such a beautiful stay. If anyone is traveling to Thailand with food allergies or sensitivities, I can't recommend this hotel more. I am gluten and dairy free, and they had me complete a form at check-in that was then shared with the resort restaurants. I was not only able to request what I needed at the buffets, but for every meal the staff and managers would come check with me to ensure that what I ordered was safe and asked me if I enjoyed it. In addition to this, it was a beautiful hotel. The beach was gorgeous, the pools were beautiful and kept very clean. Arranging transport to and from the Phuket airport was very straightforward and seamless. While there were some things to do within walking distance, we were so relaxed and well taken care of that we didn't want to leave the resort. Prices were reasonable, and food and service was great. Can't recommend enough! Service: 5

Sentido Khao Lak is an all-in-all amazing hotel. The hotel itself is very beautifully integrated into the Vegetation with lots of greenery, local animals and great design choices. Also you don't even really notice the sheer size of the hotel due to how it's layed out. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and have amenity kits and just generally everything you could ever need. The sun spa is also great. Massages there are about 2,5 times more expensive than in the city nearby but in my opinion it's still worth it because of the level of care you get with the very professional and calming applications. The sun spa staff along all of the other hotel worked are a total joy to be around, always very welcoming and greeting you with a smile. Especially Jake and his friend (Jackson?), along with the Breakfast and Enoteca Staff and the aforementioned sun spa workers all added to our trip and made us feel very at home. The biggest highlight of Sentido Khao Lak in my opinion is the beach. It's very quiet and tucked away in local Vegetation but just straight up breathtaking. The water is warm and has lots of attractions for snorkeling, the sunbeds are comfortable and there's lots of shadow if you want to escape the burning sun. All in all a great hotel which I can very well recommend! Service: 5
