TWG Tea can only be found in certain parts of the world, so this was my first time visiting one. The café itself was quite small, with only a handful of tables, but luckily there was one available for my friend and me. The employee didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the different types of tea, so we decided to play it safe and order their milk tea. At ₩17,000, it was definitely on the expensive side, but I have to admit it tasted unlike any milk tea I’d had before. The flavor was rich, smooth, and far more refined than what I was used to, making the experience feel well worth trying at least once.

I had a extremely disappointing experience at this stupid place. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, they refused to allow me to pull up a chair and sit with my family at their table. The staff cited some obscure policy, but it felt more like a lack of empathy and understanding. As a result, I ended up eating alone at a separate table, feeling isolated from my own family gathering.
