Tadka Eleven is a wonderful little Bangladeshi gem tucked away near the Ambassador Hotel on Soi 11. If you’re craving homestyle Bangladeshi food while in Bangkok, this place truly hits the spot. The ambiance is simple, clean, and welcoming. The staff are friendly and polite, and the service is warm and attentive—like being hosted by family. The owner is often around, making sure everyone’s comfortable and sometimes even guiding new visitors to find the location inside the complex. The food is where Tadka Eleven really shines. Their kala bhuna is rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The daal, bharta, and plain rice or khichuri are comforting and authentic—just like you’d find back home. Every dish tastes fresh, well-cooked, and full of soul. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the location. It’s a refreshing change from overpriced fusion-style “Indian” restaurants nearby. Tadka Eleven stays true to its Bangladeshi roots. If you’re in Bangkok and missing the taste of Bangladesh—or just want to try something flavorful and heartfelt—don’t miss this spot.
