I believe Hong Kong people are very familiar with Tai Hing. The prices are more expensive than ordinary tea restaurants, and the food quality varies. But because I often have to eat out, sometimes I really don’t know what to eat. I was working in Tsuen Wan District again during lunch time, so I had no choice but to go to Tai Hing, so I ordered a double combo of roasted rice (half-fat and lean barbecued pork + roasted pork) + frozen milk tea for $71. The portion of roasted pork is large, the semi-fat and lean barbecued pork is a little on the thin side, the texture is tough, the roasted pork skin is crispy, and the taste is normal. And I think the most outstanding thing is the frozen milk tea here. It is chilled and tasted more authentically. The tea is fragrant and milky.
