The roasted pork and char shui was really bad. The roasted pork skin was rubbery and the char shui was too soft like butter. The meat did not feel fresh, as it was mincy, soft and mushy. You could actually break it apart with just 2 fingers. Tai Hing was always the king and leader of these fast food restaurants. But now the food quality is really bad. And on top of that, they have the audacity to charge me 2 dollars for two take out paper box? If it was plastic or Styrofoam i would understand, as this deters us from using plastic or paying for the environment. But to charge someone a dollar for a 20 cent or less box, what is the company actually doing with respect to sustainability or saving our planet? Its seems more like raking in profits based on a 400% profit for take out utensils. Price per person: HK$100–150 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
