Tailor Coffee feels like one of those polished, modern cafés that knows exactly what it’s good at and sticks to it. The space is clean and composed, with a slightly refined edge that separates it from more casual coffee spots. It’s not overly loud in design or concept — just a well-executed environment that lets the coffee speak for itself. The einspanner is the highlight here and a very strong take on it. The balance between the espresso and the cream is dialed in properly — rich without being overwhelming, smooth without feeling too heavy. You get that layered contrast where the bitterness and sweetness play off each other cleanly, which is exactly what the drink should deliver.
