Came here to check out Central Market and was in desperate need for a coffee. I hate drinking coffee on the go, so I kept walking past kiosks selling coffee until I saw Tailor. I asked if I could sit down for coffee and the staff directed me to the sitting area. It wasn't until I had sat down and started perusing the menu that I saw that patrons are required to order a drink AND a food item. Since I was meeting friends for lunch a couple of hours later, I opted for the tofu salad. My coffee was decent, nothing to write home about. The salad was also fine but very over dressed. Luckily I like the shiso yuzu dressing that was doused on it. The corn was an excellent touch as it added a hint of sweetness. I also enjoyed the pumpkin seeds. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $100–150 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
