ここの醤油焼きそばが美味しいので良く行きます。 またローストグースも以前はもっと美味しかったかな。 写真は無いけど牛肉麺が美味い。. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $300–350

そこそこすると身構えして入ってみたけど、案外値段は普通でしかも美味しい。そんな店でした。 しかもエレベーターに乗らないと店に入れないので、客もそこまで多くない。 台湾牛肉麺を食べるなら、TSTならここですね。 大家楽とか美心とかとお値段は同じレベルで混み具合は普通、肉の大きさも納得できるので普通にお勧めできます。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We randomly stopped by Chinese Kitchen Taiwan Beef Noodle because we were starting to get hungry and did not want to go far. It ended up being a great choice. I ordered the Taiwan beef noodle, and the beef was incredibly tender. The soup was flavorful and comforting, and the chili pepper sauce was so good. It reminded me of a Teochew noodle spot I love in Singapore. We also got the salt and pepper tofu, which tasted interesting in a good way. I ended up eating the whole thing. The roast pork was good as well. The Hong Kong milk tea was a highlight. I saw several other tables order it, so we decided to try one too. It definitely seems like their signature drink. The ambience was nice and cozy. We were seated by the window on the 6th floor, which made the space feel calm and relaxing. Service was okay overall. When we asked for water, they brought warm water, and when we mentioned it, the server said we did not specify the temperature, which was kind of funny. Overall, good food, comforting flavors, and a solid spot to stop by if you are nearby and craving beef noodles and milk tea.
