Best waffles I had since my go-to stall at Lau Pa Sat closed down. I got the plain one for $2.50. The waffles are made fresh on order, so there is a short waiting time. This is my favourite kind of waffle, which I call a hybrid style. It has a crisp surface, is extra fluffy, and yet still retains the chewy texture of those neighbourhood bakery waffles that is reminiscent of a kueh. It is also perfectly sweetened. I appreciate how the lady boss thoughtfully cooled my waffles before packing to prevent them from turning soggy. I had half immediately and saved the rest for later in the day, and it was still very good despite turning cold. I came down specially to try this waffle after seeing it featured on TikTok. It is a bit of a walk for me, but definitely worth it. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10

Incredible waffles. Soft, spongy and meaty insides with a light crisp crust on the outside. Kind of like a ice cream waffle served in cafes, but thinner. And it's great that their plain is not as sweet as others, allowing you to pair perfectly with their spreads without getting overwhelmed with sweetness in every bite. Worth the money spent
