Had an earl grey latte (with oat milk) and the pulled pork nachos. The latte was delicious, really good. The lady asked if honey was ok, presumably for allergy purposes, which felt considerate. The nachos also had a great flavour -- tasted like thai style cooking a bit. The nachos are rich so sharing is a good idea. Price per person: $100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came to this cafe a bit unexpectedly, wanting to go to another one but having turned around due to the service. Here, I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door - the previous frustration already dissipating. The price is in accordance with the area, 42$ for a latte. I was able to pay with a visa. The latte was generous, with a small biscuit on the side. The milk was well frothed and mixed. I enjoyed their bean choice for the latte. You know things are good when they seem like a baseline - this is like that. It was just good through and through. I left happier than when I had entered, and sometimes coffee and the service industry is about how the little things can change your day.
