My children and I visited this cafe last Sunday and spent over 540 Baht. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. After waiting approximately 20 minutes for our order, one of the drinks was served incorrectly. We had ordered an iced Americano but received an iced espresso instead. What concerned me was not the cost of the drink, but the way the situation was handled. When I politely pointed out the mistake, I was told that if I wanted an iced Americano, I would need to purchase another drink. The matter then escalated unnecessarily, including discussion of reviewing CCTV footage and suggestions that I had changed my mind about my order. Ultimately, a senior staff member resolved the issue and provided the correct drink, which I appreciated. However, a simple request to correct an order should never have become a dispute. Customer service is measured not by how a business performs when everything goes right, but by how it responds when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below expectations.
