譚仔三哥米線 (杏花邨) offers an average taste that is pretty standard for the chain, though it can feel a bit overpriced for what you get. The food order and preparation wait time can be quite long, which is largely due to the restaurant being constantly understaffed with only about three people working on the floor and in the kitchen. While it's a convenient neighborhood option for a quick bowl of noodles, visiting during peak hours requires plenty of patience!
