丁寧に作ったことがわかるとても美味しいスープでした。揚げ出し豆腐も美味しかったです。 シェフ手作りの3年物の梅酒は梅の味が濃厚で絶品でした。ハートヤイに行く時はまた食べたいです。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400 Parking options: Free of charge street parking

I ordered two ramens: their signature Tamashii and a shoyu ramen. Both were more than satisfactory. The Tamashii was creamy and rich, with a lovely shrimpy note in the broth. The shoyu was a nice contrast, with its lighter broth. Overall, I would give both a solid 8/10. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
