went here with my friends on 23 May at around 3pm. none of the staff were friendly and welcoming. after we ordered our food, genuinely felt like 45 minutes of waiting. i have respect for FNB and frontline workers because i myself am a frontline receptionist, but the lack of initiative to inform us our order was being delayed was truly unethical. no apology for the long waiting time. there was no checking up on the customers like “how’s everything? really sorry for the delay but we’ll be sure to serve your food as soon as possible” etc. when we realised the food was taking way too long, one of my friends approached the staff to check on our order. then came to realise that MY order was not sent to the kitchen simply because i indicated a remark “no vegetables” due to “remark unavailable because it’s not for selling” or whatever that meant. so after ordering my food, it took another 20-25minutes for the food to be served. the staff that served my BIHUN GORENG walked in a bitchy manner and i was NOT having it so i took the plate from her myself. we do not need this kind of service if you’re gonna have this attitude. and seems like nothing has been done yet as i have read the other reviews on the poor service, so it’s not like as if this company cares about their customers yeah? those new customers who are wanting to try this restaurant, i suggest going to the other branches idk it could be better there than here. do better. you’re in customer service. i’m one to talk because i have been in the hospitality industry for YEARS. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Disappointed. Belado prawns $16.50 used frozen prawns and not sambal balado but sambal tumis. Portion was ridiculously small. Won’t come back again. Price per person: SGD 10–20
