A name like Tampopo Grand with a menu that charges a premium price, it was an utterly disappointing dining experience we had. The service staff were terrible and inexperienced in handling customers. The tempura prawns served were not fresh and had an ammonia after taste. The food was served in no proper sequence and items were missing from the order. When we want to talk to a service staff, she came standing behind our back, expecting us to turn our chairs around to face her. During payment at the cashier, we voiced out our disappointment with the food quality and service rendered by the restaurant but not a word of apology came from the staff, we were stunned by the response. The word “sorry”only came after we told them that that’s the least they should have done. At the end, the cashier in a nonchalant manner told us she will not charge us for the tea which we were not even expecting! If the management of this restaurant is reading this, it’s time for you to train your staffs and do something to improve your service and food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 40–50 Atmosphere: 1

Serviced by an aunty with attitude but nevermind. Found a worm in my grill gindara . Aunty came apologized in a nonchalant manner and said that it’s normal for white fish to have worm. The whole set was replaced after some wait. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40
