Roasted duck served with plum sauce (half) - Excellent. Sautéed grouper fillet with kai lan (regular) - Excellent. Sautéed scallop asparagus in XO sauce (regular) - Excellent. Wagyu beef, foie gras in black pepper sauce (regular) - Good. Applewood kurobuta pork smoked ribs (regular) - Excellent. From an earlier visit: Wasabi prawn - Excellent. Fresh, crunchy, and large prawns. Half roast duck (deboned) - Excellent. Good crispy skin, tender and juicy meat. Beef brisket - Excellent. Tender, meaty, chunky. Good portion of tendon and brisket. Dou miao - Excellent. Strong garlic flavour. Good service.

I had such a great Cantonese dining experience at Tang Yun. Every dish we had was just right. I’m a picky eater when it comes to Chinese cuisine, but then this is my palate of course. The wontons are great, I loved the cheong fun (silky rice noodle rolls) wrapped around fried dough. And the Portuguese tart, yummy. And all the rest .. The restaurant is located at Tanglin club. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: Great menu options Dietary restrictions: Not sure
