Great soup restaurant with very good options for vegetarians and vegans. You fill a bowl by picking your own ingredients and also choose how spicy you want the soup. The tofu is especially great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Love the concept! It's basically hot pot in a bowl for one person. You can choose all the ingredients in advance and there are many vegetarian options. Various types of tofu, bamboo shoots, lotus root, bok choy, etc. You pay by weight, mine came down to 10,000 won.
