In case the rain took you by surprise during the promenade around Chinatown Heritage Centre, stop by this restaurant. You will be served Italian cuisine at Tangled (Fresh Pasta To Go) - Bugis Junction. You may order nicely cooked prawns, pasta with mushrooms and mushrooms.
At this place, you can order food as a takeaway. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. A number of people mention that the service is decent. Self service machine to order. Pasta was delicious but eat too much a bit gelat. The sauce flavour was too strong for both that I order. Pink promise and smoked duck tangy tomato one. The takeaway bc was well deigned separating the sauce and pasta Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The pesto pasta presents itself as a studied exercise in restraint, bordering on the conceptual. The noodles are taken well beyond al dente into a state that relinquishes any structural integrity, while the pesto is applied so sparingly it registers more as a faint suggestion than a functional sauce. The salmon arrives dry and entirely unburdened by seasoning or flavour, reinforcing the dish’s singular commitment to understatement. The result is a work that exists in tension with its own category, dissolving the boundary between what a dish is and what it represents. It invites reflection on how much of flavour is expectation, and how much of expectation is illusion. I found myself reconsidering what constitutes pesto pasta at all, my assumptions quietly unsettled in the process. A truly memorable experience, deserving of five stars.
